Aaliyah Kashyap, filmmaker Anurag Kashyap’s daughter, is marrying her boyfriend Shane Gregoire today in Mumbai, and the pre-wedding celebrations are already going viral. The guest list has started to pour in, and the videos from the celebration are doing the rounds. One of the first guests spotted was Khushi Kapoor, looking absolutely stunning in a shimmering green lehenga as she gave a bright smile to the camera.
In one of the viral videos shared by Snehzala, Khushi is seen walking and talking merrily with a friend, showing off the spirit of the occasion. Recently, Aaliyah’s bridal mehndi design also went viral, where the love for pets was beautifully reflected in her henna art with a dog on one hand and a cat on the other.
The haldi ceremony of the couple was held yesterday in Mumbai, which was attended by Khushi, filmmaker Imtiaz Ali, and his daughter Ida Ali among others. Social media platforms were flooded with pictures from the ceremony, including a picture where Anurag Kashyap was seen embracing Shane and a romantic kiss between the bride and groom.
The wedding is happening at the Bombay Club at the Mahalakshmi Race Course in Mumbai. Aaliyah and Shane have been dating for over four years. They got engaged last May and celebrated it with a big bash this August 2023.
On the work front, Khushi Kapoor is all geared up to romance Junaid Khan for the first time in Advait Chandan’s forthcoming romantic drama. While it is slated to hit theatres on February 7, 2025, the first look is out, and it shows both the leads clicking a selfie. The caption read, “@khushi05k and #JunaidKhan Get ready to feel the love in the air. Coming to cinemas worldwide on 7th Feb 2025!” The film reportedly is a remake of the 2022 Tamil hit Love Today directed by Pradeep Ranganathan.
