Bollywood actor Aditya Roy Kapur has reiterated his stand on keeping personal matters under wraps amid speculations about his reported split from Ananya Panday.
In an interview with Lifestyle Asia India, the ‘Aashiqui 2’ star affirmed he has always preferred preserving privacy instead of sharing everything publicly. “I’ve never needed to have people know all about me. That’s why I keep stuff to myself rather than put it all out there”, he stated.
Aditya conceded staying discreet online may give an impression of aloofness but deemed engaging with every comment inessential. Recalling his ‘Koffee with Karan’ remarks, he said responding to varied opinions all over social media isn’t necessary.
Admitting Panday vaguely confirmed their relationship on the same show last year, and the duo is rumored to have called it quits in May after nearly two years of dating.
However, Aditya sidestepped directly addressing break-up reports, preferring his trademark stance over navigating noise online. The actor is immersed in Basu’s upcoming project alongside Sara Ali Khan.
