Akshay Kumar, a famed Bollywood actor who has contracted COVID and will not be attending the genre’s request for the weddings of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant, is trending in a negative vein.
In an indirect source, it was learned that Kumar had been actively involved in marketing his new movie, “Sarfira,” when he first began to show the symptoms of the ailment.
His promotions team cast and crew were also affected by the disease; some of them were infected with the virus. The actor decided to be tested, and the results indicated he was also positive for the virus on the morning of Friday.
In his defense, a source said: Well, it’s a bummer, but the responsible guy that Akshay is, he has gone and isolated himself straightaway.
The information is rather unfortunate because Anant Ambani, the young son of the commercial giant Mukesh Ambani, came personally to Kumar’s house to invite him to the wedding that is to take place on July 12 at the essential Jio World Centre in Bandra Kurla Complex, Mumbai.
The guest list includes Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, futurist Peter Diamandis, two-time British Prime Minister Boris Johnson, former British Prime Minister Tony Blair, renowned artist Jeff Koons, self-help celebrity Jay Shetty, former United States Secretary of State John Kerry, former Swedish Prime Minister Carl Bildt, and former Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper, among others.

The movie is produced solely as a remake of the 2020 Tamil film “Soorarai Pottru,” which had Suriya in the lead. Sarfiar, with Sudha Kongara as the director, also involves Paresh Rawal and Radhika Madan, whereas Suriya will have a cameo appearance in it.
As Akshay Kumar is discharged from the hospital following COVID-19, his followers, and the film fraternity are readying up for his presence in the promotions, or even better, the forthcoming Anant Ambani-Radhika Merchant wedding.
