‘Jigra’ teaser starring Alia Bhatt gains momentum.
The much-awaited teaser of Alia Bhatt and Vedang Raina-starrer “Jigra” was unveiled today, generating buzz among viewers.
The teaser offers a glimpse into the emotional journey of Alia’s character who is determined to save her imprisoned brother, portrayed by Raina. Promising an intense mix of drama, action, and sibling bonds, the film highlights courage.
Co-produced by Dharma Productions and Alia’s Eternal Sunshine, “Jigra” is directed by Vasan Bala with writing by Debashish Irengbam and Bala.
Posting the teaser on social media, Alia received praise from actress Shraddha Kapoor who expressed excitement to watch it in theatres with her brother.
Alia revealed last year that the movie is about courage, passion, and determination. She reportedly underwent basketball training for certain scenes to look authentic.
“Jigra” is set for an October 11 theatre release. Meanwhile, Shraddha continues enjoying the success of her hit comedy “Stree 2” which has crossed ₹516 crore in India.
