Alia Bhatt shines at the Hope Gala charity event in London, spreading joy and support

There was no other Bollywood icon than Alia Bhatt speaking to the audience at the Hope Gala event in London. The party organized by her was for her favourite charity, Salam Bombay, which, among others, is committed to enhancing the education of the young and the most vulnerable children of the slums in Mumbai through education and skills development.

On this brilliant evening, Alia’s most enchanting look enchanted the attendees with a beige sari, a blouse of matching beige colour, and intricate embroidery. The way the actress displayed composure while she posed in the front row captivated the audience, as it emitted radiance, and everyone was left smiling. ‘Her overarching style did not extend only to her clothes; at the mic, she showed a charm, giving a passionate speech and even voicing her song to the crowd.

Nonetheless, among the charming scenes of life commemorated, just one specific post intrigued me, and it was a video. Celebrity singers like Harshdeep Kaur walked onto the stage in the middle of their crowd-blocking singing performance and hugged Alia sitting in the audience. In the spur of the moment, she requested Alia to vocalize the soulful track “Ikk Kudi”, released in the critically acclaimed film “Udta Punjab.” Though Alia was reluctant at first to accept the offer, she later duly accompanied her in the sandal, gracefully singing a rendition of the song composed by Amit Trivedi.

Socialites and Philanthropic industrialists from India and London were present at the Himalayan huts at the Hope Gala and had contributed generously to the cause of the charity. The event turned out to be an amazing platform to raise awareness and build community support for Salaam Bombay Charitable Trust’s courageous act to bring up children from the street, restore their self-confidence, enhance their self-esteem, and enable them to embark on their educational journey.

The advent of the Gully Boy role marks the protagonist’s arrival in the cinema domain in the movie “Jigra”, which is led by Vasan Bala. Rather, the film was co-made by Karan Johar and Alia and will be in theatres starting September 27th. This union is nothing but a bright future ahead for Alia and Vasan, who would now display their remarkable bond as artists on the silver screen.

Alia adds to this by taking on the second project, “Love & War,” which is discussed by her fans and industry representatives in a quite intriguing way. As Alia unties the depths of her emotional range and insight by blooming daily, people wait for her exciting and mind-blowing stories while doing so.

Alia Bhatt being present at the charity event not only unearthed her involvement with charities but also made public the fact that celebrities can contribute by becoming celebrities and being socially responsible. She has proven that not only as one of the most talented singers in the industry but also through her charitable work, Alia shows how the entertainment industry can make matters better for our society and inspire others to give to social causes.
