Bollywood star Alia Bhatt is poised for more international acclaim as she gears up to walk the ramp at the upcoming Gucci Cruise fashion show. Fresh from owning the red carpet at the Met Gala, the actor jetted off to London in the wee hours of Monday. Sporting casual airport fashion, she was photographed ahead of the high-profile event.
Gucci Cruise 2025 will unfold at the iconic Tate Modern art museum, following last year’s spectacle at South Korea’s Gyeongbokgung Palace. As the Italian luxury brand’s first Indian face, Alia was also previously seen at their global extravaganza.
Her growing global footprint includes hosting the successful ‘Hope Gala’ fundraiser in London for underprivileged Indian youth. The star’s collaborator-director Tom Harper has also hailed her “truly international” talents in an article praising her Heart of Stone performance.
Meanwhile, Alia’s upcoming projects include the action thriller Jigarthanda, which she co-produced. Set to release on September 27, it reunites her with Gangubai Kathiawadi director Sanjay Leela Bhansali.
She will also headline Spy Universe, an anticipated film slated to roll later this year. The actor’s work continues to receive recognition, with a recent Time100 profile spotlighting her contributions.
