According to the analysis done by the Korean Business Research Institute, Jennie’s brand reputation index increased by as much as 351.78%, totaling 8,893,903. This analysis considered the media and community attention of 1,730 idols from September 24 to October 24.
The keywords that best described Jennie were “Mantra,” “talk show,” and “pretty girl.” Other expressions that also appeared were “sexy,” “confident,” and “mesmerized;” these reflected her influence. Jennie received a high positivity rating of 94.80% in positive reactions.
Among the other BLACKPINK members, Rosé ranked fifth on the list partly because she collaborated with Bruno Mars on the song “APT,” which helped her take a brand reputation index of 4,923,535. Jisoo and Lisa ranked in the Top 10, ninth and tenth, respectively.
On the more detailed charts, aespa’s Karina ranked in second place with 7,025,559 points. This was an increase of 87.59 percent compared to September. The main factor for this rise in popularity is her newly launched single “Up” from the concert album “Synk: Parallel Line.”
Fresh from military discharge, BTS’s J-Hope leapfrogged to third place with an astonishing 470.58% increase in his brand reputation index with a score of 5,600,506. Following the release of “I’ll Be There,” the first song from his upcoming solo album “Happy,” BTS’s Jin ranked eighth. Meanwhile, ASTRO’s Chan Eun Woo placed fourth for the month at 5,124,233, up 149.90% from the previous month.
