Bollywood’s fitness trailblazers: Ananya Panday’s workout prowess

The glamour of Bollywood doesn’t spare anything, especially the bodies of actors. Now, everybody wants to have a perfect figure. First, the actors must capture intense car chases and other spectacular stunts, not to mention smoldering passion, so they have to shape their bodies into bona fide physical marvels for millions of enthusiasts.

Ananya Panday is the most recent entrant amongst the B-town ladies who have discovered the joy of hitting the gym. The talented young lady has posted a short peek into her rigorous exercise regime in the past weeks, which has had her lovers bewitched.

Judging from the video, Ananya is dressed in a gorgeous black outfit. While under the supervision of her trainer, she performs several weighted hip thrusts. There are also sophisticated scenes in which the actress displays her muscles. She lifts weights of 120 kilograms, the result of constant workouts and a healthy diet.

Hip thrust exercise, which is well known for stimulating the gluteus maximus—men’s pride and the largest muscle in the human body—also works the hamstrings, quadriceps, and adductors muscles. Constant reinforcement of this muscle group means that Ananya is not only building her lower body muscular endurance; nonetheless, she is also building power and size to her body structure.

Born to popular Bollywood actor Chunky Panday and costume designer Bhavana, Ananya starred in her first movie, Student of the Year 2, in 2019 and has done movies like Pati Patni Aur Woh, Khaali Peeli and the latest Telugu action sports drama Liger.

As Ananya continues to be a great actress, entertaining people with her roles on screen, her fitness inspiration is enthusiastically followed and desired by fans who look forward to seeing the next step of her fitness transformation.
