Deepika showed off her baby bulge recently when she cast her vote in the fifth phase of the Mumbai Lok Sabha Elections 2024. While fans congratulated her and celebrated her pregnancy, some of the audience doubted the credibility of the same.
What one of the users said was: “She is not pregnant.” A few of them said, “This is embarrassing”, while the other commented, “Chal kiu rahi esyyy abi itna b baby bump bahar nai aya (Why is she walking like that the bump isn’t that big yet?).
However, Deepika’s friend and other actress, Alia Bhatt is backing the expectant mother up. Alia’s sisters Pooja Bhatt and Shaheen Bhatt, mother Soni Razdan have supported Deepika by liking a post by journalist Faye D’Souza,, who stood with Deepika and asked everyone on the social media platform to ‘Behave’.
Deepika Padukone and her actor husband, Ranveer Singh, are expecting their first child, with the anticipated delivery date set for September 2024.
