Easy movements in the body can prove helpful at such a time. Celebrity yoga trainer Anshuka Parwani shared such movements in her latest video on Instagram.

Here are seven poses to help you improve flexibility, relieve stiffness, and find ease in your movements. Trainer Anshuka Parwani, who has mentored stars such as Deepika Padukone, Alia Bhatt, Ananya Panday, and Rakul Preet Singh, shared them. These poses can be done in as little as 5 minutes at any time and place.
This pose is done by transitioning from Child Pose to Cobra Pose. When in Child Pose, open up your hips, lengthen your spine, stretch your ankles, and relax your back muscles.
Cobra pose opens up posture and digestion, improves spine flexibility, and boosts blood circulation.
Lateral Stretch Pulses stretch the hips; then one’s spinal mobility improves, and the obliques stretch along with the lats and shoulders.
