Diljit Dosanjh, who often collaborates with Kareena Kapoor (including films like ‘Udta Punjab’ and ‘Crew’), recently talked about his first meeting with her in an interview with Ranveer Allahbadia. Diljit said that he was thrilled and in awe when he first started shooting in’ Udta Punjab’ and then realized that it was actually him standing opposite Kareena Kapoor. He stated that it was very special to realize that he was acting with an actor whose pictures he had owned.
Diljit remembers Kapoor’s benign favour of welcoming him to her team with her fans and taking photos together. He focused on the benefit that Kareena gave him: that this presence made him stay calm and that later, for the first time, artists also calmed down newcomers during the maestro sessions. The person expressed that Diljit had an amazing time.
The duo together had made a song “Naina” from the film “Crew” where in addition to giving his voice Diljit was also the one who created music. They both got more recognition and fame. Diljit would pass on photos with Kareena to his fans and even called her ‘TeraAlshud Maai Lovar’.
Moving on, “Amar Singh Chamkila” featuring Diljit Dosanjh, directed by Imtiaz Ali, and the beautiful Parineeti Chopra is premiering on Netflix on 12th April 2021. It’s the zealous fans who wait with bated breath for the pairing of these two superstars in the movie.
