Here is the good news for all Indian fans: Dua Lipa will be coming to India in the near future. The singer shall be a part of the Zomato Feeding India Concert (ZFIC) slated for 2024; he will be performing at the concert scheduled for November 30, 2024, at MMRDA, BKC in Mumbai.
The tour is in promotion of her third album, Radical Optimism, which rose to No. 1 in eleven countries on its release, including the UK, where it became the biggest album debut by an emerging UK music artist in 2024 and marked the biggest week of sales for a UK female solo artist since 2021.
Finally, on Friday, the fans of Dua Lipa could not conceal the excitement that was caused by the announcement. She also did not hide her joy for coming back to India to perform; she said it felt like performing in her home country.
She said during the recent India trip, she was again reminded how much she loves the country and was amazed by the energy she felt there, adding that she is looking forward to being back in November 2024 to perform at the Zomato Feeding India Concert.
The album ‘Radical Optimism’ by Dua Lipa was launched in May this year. She also once said in the Saturday Night Live Show, “My third album just came out, and it is called Radical Optimism.” I got asked, What does that mean? I think it means looking on the bright side of any given picture.
“We all have issues, including me,” she said dismissively, only to add, “There are people online who have misconstrued that I’m always on a vacation, which, by the way to correct them, as a Britain, we refer to it as a holiday.”
