Himanshi Parashar opens up about doing intimate scenes on TV with ‘limit.’
Actress Himanshi Parashar, known for her role in the hit TV show Teri Meri Doriyaann, has spoken about her take on intimate scenes.
In a recent interview, Himanshi maintained she is comfortable doing such scenes on television within a “limit”. She doesn’t believe in limiting herself to a particular medium and is excited to take up interesting roles across films, the web, or television.
However, the actress asserted she isn’t comfortable with bold scenes. On TV, she feels there is a boundary but is okay with it. Her priority remains acting and performing well.
Himanshi recently appeared in the horror film Adbhut in a cameo role. She recalled auditioning in April 2022 before her show and the callback happening in July when she was shooting elsewhere.
Though some of her scenes got removed during edits, she was keen to be a part of the Nawazuddin Siddiqui starrer produced by Sony Pictures as she liked the concept. It gave her new experiences.
The comments provide insight into the evolving approach of actors and how intimacy is viewed differently across entertainment mediums. Creative expressions remain a priority along with comfort zones.
