Actress Janhvi Kapoor, basking in the success of Devara: Part 1, recently shared behind-the-scenes snippets from its popular track Chuttamale.
In Instagram images and videos, Kapoor revealed shooting the song in Thailand posed a life-threatening risk as the waters were infested with jellyfish.
Clad in a thin silk saree for protection, she expressed hope of surviving the dangerous scene and it culminated in a memorable shot.
Other clips showed her talking about climbing sharp rocks and later facing the hazardous waters for the sequence.
Meanwhile, director Koratala Siva said cameos are unlikely for Devara: Part 2 but significant characters from the industry may be brought in.
He explained Kapoor’s role would unfold further in the sequel with multiple dimensions and unexpected twists.
While Devara: Part 1, also starring Jr NTR, Saif Ali Khan, and Prakash Raj, received mixed response, it has amassed over Rs 250 crore globally.
