Janhvi shares a trainer, Namrata Purohit, whose video featuring the actress working out is all the rage currently; Janhvi, in a video posted by her trainer Namrata Purohit, was doing an intense workout of her back and tummy.

Stretched on an arc barrel with her legs curved to a particular degree, she presents an exercise targeting the core and back muscles. In addition to these prime muscles, the forearms also get involved in the exercise, and total muscular strength is developed.
