Katy Perry, 35, and her fiancé Orlando Bloom, 42, expressed their love for each other at the 2024 MTV Video Music Awards ’ introduction, where Bloom gave a perfect introduction while Perry accepted her Video Vanguard Award. What made the occasion more intimate was when the couple had some moments of displaying affection during the partying.
In his speech on the UBS Arena, Long Island stage, Bloom said: “You married a man who loved Katy Perry, and I married Katheryn Hudson. ” Then he described her as a fantastic pop star, a loving wife, and a great mother.

Perry jokingly thanked Bloom for always bringing her back down to earth and for ‘doing the dishes’, referring to a recent interview she did for the Call Her Daddy podcast in which she joked about her life with Bloom.
