Khan brothers’ candid reflection on relationships: “Everything comes with an expiry

Arbaaz Khan’s boy, Arhaan, was the first-time host of his web show, Dumb Biryani. The main guests were Govinda and Ashish Chowdhry from his uncles, Salim and Arbaaz Khan, respectively. The episode broached topics of romance and the opposite sex, and their respective ways of looking at things were highlighted.

Sohail, who is quite a blunt speaker, said that alike can vanish, be it single-date pills or foods which has an expiry date. Love is a movement toward infinity and wildness, he implied. Being in love keeps the illusion of infinity, but after some time of living together, this illusion vanishes. Sohail pointed out that avoiding acting harshly towards a partner and building friendly relations is the key step for favorable interaction.

Arbaaz Khan highlights the two-way road in a relationship, where both partners contribute to giving instead of just taking from each other. He emphasized the point of having a closer look at the person you are; therefore, you should not cling to people for happiness. To illustrate this, Arbaaz stressed the fact that building good relationships was based on honest communication. In his opinion, a good basis for a good relationship is honest communication, where you do not need to constrain yourself because you do not fear being judged.

The Khan brothers’ comments to me gave me a restful look at the difficult world of relations with provided me with useful tips about it. Their points of view suggest that relationships do not keep to the state as they are, and it is necessary to develop new skills and methods of communication to preserve strong bonds.
