Khloé Kardashian Dismisses Weight Loss Drug Rumors, Champions Healthy Body Confidence.
Reality TV star Khloé Kardashian has never shied away from discussing her weight loss journey, and now she’s setting the record straight on the persistent rumors surrounding her transformation.
Kardashian’s reality show “Revenge Body” showcased her commitment to health and wellness, helping others achieve their fitness goals. However, her own weight loss has been a source of speculation, with some suggesting she may have used weight loss drugs like Ozempic.
“Over the past three years, people are like, ‘You must have gotten surgery because you just lost weight.’ I’m like, ‘It’s been a 10-year journey! What are you talking about?'” Kardashian told Bustle in a recent interview, dismissing the rumors.
The 40-year-old supermodel revealed that her fitness journey began after her divorce filing in 2013, when she stopped going to therapy and started hitting the gym. “As a byproduct, my body started changing. I loved the way I felt. I loved testing myself and challenging myself.
Interestingly, Kardashian shared that her confidence was at its peak during her heavier days. “Looking back, when I was bigger, I thought I was the hottest thing in the world. I had so much more confidence the bigger I was, which is what’s crazy,” she recounted.
The reality star also addressed the criticism she faced, both when she was larger and after her weight loss. “I was fat-shamed every day when I was bigger, and then when I lost weight, people were like, ‘How dare you, you are so insecure, you’re following society.’ And I’m like, ‘OK, you guys are so confusing!'”
Ultimately, Kardashian emphasized the importance of prioritizing health and personal confidence over societal pressures about body size.
“I really wanna encourage healthiness and not about the number on a scale. I don’t really care what your size is, and you should just be healthy and stronger for yourself,” she concluded.
Khloé Kardashian’s candid remarks serve as a powerful reminder that true self-acceptance and wellness go beyond the pursuit of a specific body type, and that embracing one’s unique journey is the path to lasting confidence and well-being.
