Holy Family Hospital in Mumbai continues to care for the life of Bollywood actor Parvin Dabas, who was admitted to the ICU after a severe car accident last Saturday.
His wife, actress Preeti Jhangiani, has been constantly by his side since the mishap and has stayed by his bedside in the hospital.
According to hospital sources, doctors have run a string of tests to fathom the full extent of Dabas’ injuries so they can decide on the right course of treatment.
Information on the accident is still scanty, but Dabas is said to be receiving round-the-clock intensive care from medical specialists at the hospital.
Jhangiani hopes that her husband will recover fully with ‘proper care and force of will.’
The Pro Panja League, which Dabas co-founded to popularize the sport, has stood in solidarity with the family in their hour of crisis.
