Kriti Sanon’s enduring love for Delhi amidst Mumbai’s stardom

On the occasion of Kriti Sanon’s 34th birthday on July 27th, the focus is on her inclusive and strong bond with her roots, Delhi. From her luxurious high-rise flat in uptown Mumbai’s Andheri, the Mimi actor has not lost her love for the colors of Patparganj.

A ‘Dipsite’ through and through, Kriti completed her schooling at the internationally recognized Delhi Public School DPS RK Puram. Notably, she paid a visit to her school in 2022 to promote her movie Bhediya. Kriti continued her education at DPS and later went for engineering in Noida; it was there that she started modeling, which paved her way to acting.

It soon became apparent how much Kriti loves Delhi and its food, including the shawarmas of New Friends Colony, Dal Makhani, and Chole Bhature. The actor also really loves driving through the quiet Shanti Path, which always reminds her of something.

Although she has adjusted to life in Mumbai, Kriti revealed that she still gets lost and masterfully said that she employs Google Maps. In particular, she has called for the broad avenues of her hometown favoring Mumbai’s comparatively more narrow thoroughfares.

On Kriti Sanon’s birthday, it is noteworthy to appreciate how some of Bollywood’s brightest stars never lose sight of their roots, and for Kriti, it is Delhi.
