In the video, Mouni is seen sitting royal and beautiful in a gold-sequined dress that glows brightly. Sharing her career growth, Mouni stated that shows like Sultan of Delhi and Brahmastra have changed the perspective of the people regarding her as an actress. “Brahmastra was absolutely different. The characters that I enacted in Gold, RAW, and Made In China were quintessential and quite orthodox in nature. After Naagin and Sati, the audience’s expectations were set, and they saw me as a ‘saree-clad Indian character.
’ It was challenging for them to look at me as the cabaret dancer Nayantara, and especially that Milan sir happened to conceive it when there was no Brahmastra as yet. For the actors, it is very fulfilling to be in the industry today because the creators are now creating divergent roles. It makes me so privileged to be given such terrific chances and bring them on celluloid. ”
