It is common knowledge about sarees and Mouni Roy, for she has mercilessly appeared in diverse sarees, from traditional Banarasi sarees to trendy organza and georgette.
On a recent photoshoot, the actress was fabulous in a retro glam look, donning a white organza saree from the Anoki fashion line. This delicate piece had golden scalloped borders and flower motifs beautifully placed along the length of the pallu, which gave it that little edge.
For the final touch, the actor spoilt herself with an elegant six-yard wonder with abstract prints on the blouse and a golden tinge. Make-up complemented the image: the eyes were made up with smokey, cheeks were sculpted and highlighted with a touch of pink, and pink lipstick was applied to the lips.
Mouni Roy always sets fashion goals with her different saree styles. She recently wore a silver-colored Monisha Jaising sequin saree with a hint of blue that really set her apart. The strapless blouse had a sweetheart neckline and sparkling added trimmings; together with the absence of jewelry, the saree stood out to dazzle.
She made yet another fabulous appearance in the episode when she wore a black cotton saree with white patchwork. To make the dress look phenomenal, pink lines were along the edges of the garment; a sleeveless black blouse made the outfit more chic. Combined with the spectacular statement necklace and finger rings, her appearance can be noted as a combination of the traditions of the DVD and modern trends.
