Comedian Munawar Faruqui has fuelled rumors of secretly marrying make-up artist Mehzabeen Coatwala through cryptic Instagram stories. Reportedly, Faruqui tied the knot with Coatwala in an intimate Mumbai ceremony last week attended by 100 guests including actress Hina Khan.
Faruqui has now re-shared a story from Coatwala’s account where she is seen attending one of his live comedy shows set to a romantic Bollywood number.
Though no formal announcement has been made, this subtle hint, along with a small poem the comedian recently posted, has fans speculating about his nuptials.
Coatwala, who hails from South Mumbai’s Memon community, was formerly married with a 10-year-old daughter. Faruqui, who won Bigg Boss 17 last year, faced allegations of cheating on past relationships during the show.
