Bollywood actress Nargis Fakhri has been in the headlines after her sister Aliya Fakhri was accused in a murder case. Though Nargis has kept mum over the issue, she recently shared an Instagram story with her Housefull 5 co-stars, Sonam Bajwa and Jacqueline Fernandez. However, the picture was soon deleted. While sharing the picture, Nargis wrote, “We are coming for you,” which soon became viral.
Helmed by Tarun Mansukhani, Housefull 5 will be released on June 6, 2025. The much-awaited film boasts an ensemble cast, with Akshay Kumar, Riteish Deshmukh, and Fardeen Khan. If reports are to be believed, the stars are all set to shoot a special number to mark the completion of 14 years of the franchise.
In the ongoing legal process, Aliya Fakhri faces serious allegations in connection with the murder of her ex-boyfriend, Edward Jacobs, who died in a garage fire set by her, along with another victim. She was arrested and is currently being held at Rikers Island in New York City without bail. Aliya has pleaded not guilty to multiple charges, including murder and arson, with her mother defending her against what she claims are false accusations.
Sources say Nargis has not spoken to her sister in more than 20 years and only knew about the incident from media reports. Aliya is expected to appear in court on December 9 to face the charges against her.
