Parvathy Thiruvothu shines in fashion and film with Thangalaan

The latest actress in the Tamil film Thangalaan, Parvathy Thiruvothu, raises the fashion bar for her contemporaries. Playing a tribal woman from the 19 ^{th} Century when the glamour of a film was minimal was not easy. However, still, Parvathy is admired as a fashion icon, and she had followers for her fashion quotes which she even posts on social site.

Her latest outfit shows that she can wear anything and requires very few accessories. Parvathy chose to wear a denim blazer that was neither formal nor casual but asymmetrical. She wore light washed up until the waist relaxed fit denim.

The button-down top, with red and beige printed motifs, created a formal look. As for accessories, she had only a ring on her finger. Her makeup was perfect, and matte lipstick and mascara highlighted her skin, cheeks, and lips. Brown footwear rounded up the fashionable outfit.

In an interview recently conducted, Parvathy spelled out her feelings about making the film Thangalaan and said that she was fortunate to have worked with Chiyaan Vikram in this film under the direction of Pa Ranjith.

She appreciated that Vikram had a lot of input in making the film and spoke highly about the performance of Malavika, who plays Aarati in the film. Parvathy also appreciated the way Ranjith works as a filmmaker, giving magic realism and beautiful visuals, saying that cinema can change.

Also, she has openly come forward in support of the Hema Committee report of the sexual harassment allegations in the Malayalam movie industry. The report was called a “game changer” and a “historic moment” with the woman’s proclamation that it serves not only to be a part of the #MeToo social justice wave.
