Renowned Bollywood actress Preity Zinta made a striking appearance at the prestigious Paris Couture Week, where she was spotted among the prominent celebrities. Gracing the front row of designer Rahul Mishra’s haute couture show, Zinta captivated the audience with her elegance, donning a stunning white strapless gown from the designer’s collection.
Expressing her gratitude for the opportunity, Zinta took to social media to share her experience. “Making India Proud. Thank you so much, Rahul Mishra, for having me at your couture show in Paris. It was spectacular, and I loved every moment of it,” she wrote on Instagram, accompanied by a picture of herself in the captivating ensemble.
The outfit, designed by Rahul Mishra, featured a plunging neckline, a corseted bodice with a structured form, and a mesmerizing combination of silver and ivory sequin embellishments. The gown also showcased intricate floral applique work embroidered along the length, a gathered pattern near the waist, and a floor-length asymmetric hem.
Before her Parisian appearance, Preity Zinta had already captivated fans with her exquisite looks at the prestigious Cannes Film Festival earlier this year.
At the festival, the actress presented the Pierre Angenieux Award to acclaimed Indian cinematographer Santosh Sivan, with whom she had collaborated on the film Dil Se. Zinta’s gracious shimmery white gown and the sequin-embellished pink saree at the Cannes event became the talk of the town.
On the professional front, Preity Zinta is set to make a comeback with Rajkumar Santoshi’s directorial venture, Lahore 1947. The actress recently wrapped up the shooting for the project and expressed her gratitude to the entire cast and crew, stating,
“It’s a wrap on Lahore 1947, & I couldn’t be more grateful to the entire cast and crew for such an incredible experience. I sincerely hope all of you appreciate & enjoy this film as much as we did making it. It’s the toughest film I have worked on.”
Zinta will be seen opposite the acclaimed actor Sunny Deol in the much-anticipated film, which is being produced by Aamir Khan. The duo has previously collaborated on multiple films, including Hero: Love Story of a Spy, Farz, and Bhaiyaji Superhit. Deol made a grand comeback last year with the blockbuster Gadar 2, further heightening the anticipation for this upcoming project.
