Pushpa makers release ‘Sooseki’ song making video.
The Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna starrer Pushpa 2 excited fans with the behind-the-scenes video of the upcoming song, ‘Sooseki.’ Instead of the full song, the makers shared a glimpse into the process, with Mandanna seen prepping and rehearsing lines and steps on set under choreographer Ganesh Acharya’s tutelage.
Director Sukumar instructed the team as Allu joined Rashmika Mandanna for rehearsals. The video chronicled varied aspects – from hairstylists and assistants to the cinematographer and spot boys who collaborate in movie-making. Mandanna expressed delight in getting audiences dancing again through the number.
Sharing the BTS on social media, Mandanna wrote about manifesting a song that would allow her to enthrall the nation once more. She looked forward to fans enjoying it as much as she loved performing the track.
As the first single, ‘Pushpa Pushpa,’ saw Allu flaunting dance moves, expectations are high from ‘Sooseki’ sung melodiously by Shreya Ghoshal.
Directed by Sukumar, Pushpa 2 stars Fahadh Faasil alongside lead pair Allu and Mandanna, who reprise roles of problematic rosewood smuggler and police officer’s wife, respectively. The much-awaited sequel is due for an Independence Day release.
