Rakhi Sawant’s legal woes: Supreme Court rejects bail Plea

The Legal tussle between Rakhi Sawant and their intensifies.

The legal battle between Bigg Boss fame Rakhi Sawant and former husband Adil Khan Durrani seems to have escalated, with fresh claims made on social media. In an Instagram video, Adil stated the Supreme Court rejected Rakhi’s anticipatory bail plea and asked her to surrender within four weeks. However, Rakhi is currently in Dubai.

Adil remarked she would have to first go to jail, then try securing bail as per due process. He expressed faith in the judiciary, which is hearing multiple cases filed against Rakhi.

Earlier, the ex-spouse had alleged Rakhi absconded from India for over four months to evade arrest on complaints registered. Adil asserted she would be detained upon return.

Rakhi had accused Adil of adultery last year, leading to his arrest in February. He was freed after 5 months and has since remarried.

Meanwhile, sources say the actor-dancer’s anticipatory bail plea is yet to be listed in the Supreme Court.

As personal and legal disputes between the estranged couple show no signs of abating, all eyes are on further judicial proceedings unfolding the case.
