Rhea Singha, newly crowned Miss Universe India 2024, is all set to play the historic role of Sita in this year’s most-anticipated Ayodhya Ramlila. The show will be a grand extravaganza with a talented ensemble cast comprising around 42 actors, with Manoj Tiwari and Ravi Kishan as the historical characters of Bali and Sugriva, respectively.
An excited Rhea says, “This year is special for me in many ways. With the blessings of Lord Shri Ram, I get to enact Sita in the world’s biggest Ramlila of Ayodhya. I am very excited about this.”
The 19-year-old model said, “This encounter is quite exciting for me. I feel quite privileged to have been a part of the Ramayana and to portray Maa Sita. I will seek the blessings of Lord Shri Ram and Maa Sita to help me win the Miss Universe title this year.”
Rhea was crowned Miss Universe India 2024 on September 22 in Jaipur and is all set to sparkle in the star-studded Ayodhya Ramlila. The play will also star actress Bhagyashree as Maa Vedavati and well-known folk singer Malini Awasthi as Maa Shabari, lending further dimension and texture to this holy spectacle.
