Salman Khan’s ‘Sikandar’: New footage sparks excitement

After hosting Bigg Boss 18 successfully, Salman Khan has plunged into his next cinematic venture, “Sikandar.” Recently, the superstar was spotted on location in Mumbai, and new footage from the shooting of the film is making its way online, teasing fans with a behind-the-scenes look.

A video shared by a fan on social media showcases Salman in a rugged look, stepping out of a classic kaali peeli taxi amidst a throng of excited onlookers eager to catch a glimpse of the star. Dressed in a blue shirt and denim jeans, Salman navigates through the crowd as enthusiasm fills the air, with one fan simply exclaiming, “Wow!”

“Sikandar,” which also features Rashmika Mandanna, is already creating a stir, having clinched the top spot on IMDb’s Most Anticipated Indian Movies of 2025 list. Slated for release in theaters on Eid 2025, the film is helmed by renowned director A.R. Murugadoss, known for hits like “Ghajini” and “Thuppakki.” Alongside Salman, the film will see performances from Kajal Aggarwal and Rashmika Mandanna, with anticipation high for Salman’s new look in the project.

Earlier this year, the film’s teaser was unveiled, running for 1 minute and 41 seconds. The clip features Salman’s character entering a room filled with weapons and individuals clad in samurai armor, hinting at a gripping narrative. In a moment that captures attention, he remarks, “Suna hain ki bohot saare log mere peeche pade hain. Bas, meri mudne ki der hain,” implying a sense of impending action as he prepares to confront his adversaries.
