Sonu Sood appeals to WhatsApp for account restoration

Sonu Sood appeals to WhatsApp over the inactive number and banks on the upcoming movie ‘Fateh.’

Noted philanthropist Sonu Sood has urged WhatsApp to address the deactivation of his account, hindering help to the needy. Taking to a micro-blogging site, the actor shared that his “account hasn’t worked” for over 36 hours, requesting a direct response given that hundreds have sought aid.

As highlighted in now unavailable tweets Earlier, WhatsApp issues restricted Sood from responding promptly.

On the work front, hopes are pegged on his forthcoming film Fateh, in which he plays the quadruple roles of actor, director, writer, and producer.

The edge-of-the-seat thriller blends Indian and international crews for immersive action sequences, set to debut this year.

Sood plays former gangster Fateh, who is tasked with guarding a young woman (Jacqueline) amid looming threats in the dark world of cybercrimes.

Under Vaibhav Misra’s direction, co-stars Vijay Raaz and Shivjyoti Rajput promise an enthralling drama about the complexities of the modern security landscape.

Backed by Zee Studios, the film’s tagline, hinting that nobody should be underestimated, is especially significant regarding Sood, given his immense contribution to society from humble beginnings.

As the teaser piqued fans’ interest, hopes are high on ‘Fateh’ delivering a cinematic tribute befitting the actor’s distinguished public service career.
