Tamannaah Bhatia’s new song “Nasha” from Raid 2 is making waves on social media, captivating viewers with her hot dance act. As a gesture of the overpouring of love, the actress shared a behind-the-scenes video on her Instagram, which went viral soon, invoking positive reactions from her fans. Raid 2 featuring Ajay Devgn, Riteish Deshmukh, and Vaani Kapoor hits the screens on May 1, 2025.
The video begins with Tamannaah Bhatia arriving on set, immediately switching into dance mode, albeit with a few slips on her feet. Even fans get a peek at her dozing off for a few minutes between shots. The caption is, “Like clockwise,” pointing towards the extended working hours she has. Fans were impressed, with one writing, “From 10:30 am to 10:30 pm—that’s a long stretch from Tamannaah ma’am,” and another observing, “Hardworking Tamannaah.”
Looking resplendent in a lovely gold blouse and white skirt that features a thigh-high slit, Tamannaah shines in each frame. Her looks are enhanced by her mesmerizing dance steps that showcase her skill at belly dancing. The choreography is forceful and commanding, with thumkas and adaas that are typical and engrossing. The dance is a show of Tamannaah’s item number skills, once again proving that she is someone to be reckoned with on screen.
Meanwhile, Raid 2 gives a hint of something more than just foot-tapping music. The trailer presents a nail-biting battle between Ajay Devgn’s straight-laced IRS officer and corrupt politician played by Riteish Deshmukh and assures a tale filled with high-octane action and bribery. Amay Patnaik’s return assures another thrilling fight against black money, with Vaani Kapoor playing a pivotal role opposite Ajay.
Speaking of the casting news, in particular Ileana D’Cruz’s absence, Vaani was cheerful about the trailer launch and stated, “There’s no jealousy, only evolution. I just heard the director’s vision. This role brings out the new side of me.” Ajay, the candid one, had this to say, “It’s about the character, not the actor. Think James Bond—new faces, same legacy.”
