Actor Tanuj Virwani spoke about his past relationship with Akshara Haasan in a recent interview. When asked about being in touch with ex-partners, Virwani said he maintains friendship and respect with many except Haasan.
He stated that losing respect for the partner and not standing by them when required can lead one to forgive but not forget in some cases.
On rumors around Haasan’s leaked private pictures surfacing online, Virwani said it had nothing to do with their breakup. However, he opined one needs to take a stand for the other if they believe the allegations to be untrue.
Virwani married Tanya Jacob last year and the couple is expecting their first child. Reflecting on meeting Jacob post-split from Haasan, he clarified sharing reality with her about the episode back then.
Professionally, Virwani has films like ‘Murshid’ and ‘Johnny Jumper’ in the pipeline. The latter also stars Vijay Raaz and Kay Kay Menon.
