Actress Urvashi Rautela, one of the several Bollywood damsels who have fallen victim to the persons behind the release of their supposed leaked bathroom videos, has today finally spoken out. Later, the actress cleared the air that the video was actually a trailer of her next movie, ‘Ghuspaithiye,’ making rounds on social media.
Talking to Instant Bollywood, Rautela admitted that she was angry when the video first came out. ‘The day the clip went out, obviously, I was upset for that period of time,’ the actress said. Of course, it’s not my personal life; it’s not my personal clip; it’s part of a movie, Ghuspaithiye.’
When asked if her personal clip had ever been leaked, she bluntly said, “No, no, I wish no woman goes through something like this.
After the controversy over the ‘leaked’ video, something rather interesting happened when a phone call recording of Rautela and her manager went viral. Basically, one can hear an actress in the car complaining to her manager about the video being leaked and him comforting her by saying that they are doing all they can to get the video taken down from cyberspace.
On the other hand, ‘Ghuspaithiye,’ the flick featuring the ‘leaked’ video, is expected to be released later this week on August 9. It also featured Akshay Oberoi on the screen and was directed by Susi Ganeshan.
This controversy arises against the backdrop of another news story in which she was recently admitted to a hospital in Hyderabad due to an injury she sustained during the shooting of an action scene for a new Telugu film, NBK 109, starring Nandamuri Balakrishna. Her team corroborated the news and said that the lovely Hollywood actress cannot get out of pain, but she is receiving the best treatment.
While Urvashi Rautela continues to endure career fluctuations, her treatment of the ‘leaked’ video has earned her the appreciation of the audience and other celebrities.
