Vicky-Triptii’s sultry ‘Jaanam’ song sets screens ablaze in ‘Bad Newz’

What we could see from the latest track from the movie ‘Bad Newz’ has created a buzz with the social media set abuzz with anticipation of the chemistry between Vicky Kaushal & Triptii Dimri as they featured in the just-released song- ‘Jaanam.’

But that is not all the news for the day. According to the Bollywood Hungama report, Karan Johar co-directed the song. The source informed me that Johar was always on the set during the shooting of the scenes to ensure that Vicky and Triptii were comfortable and safe performing the ‘love-making’ scenes.

”Jaanam was a very passionate song; Karan was on the set throughout to make sure that the two lead actors, Vicky and Triptii, had no hang of the feeling while shooting the intimate scenes, said an insider to the entertainment portal.” That reveals Karan’s approach to his actors, who also handled the operations behind the camera as he co-directed the song.

The song, which seems to have been branded the ‘Sexiest Song of the Year, ’ features the h0t—the couple of the season, who indefatigably kiss and roll around the pool, showering, and even right on the dinner table.

Anand Tiwari is helming Bad Newz, a romantic comedy film that introduces three new faces: Vicky Kaushal, Triptii Dimri, and Ammy Virk. They serve to make the audience anticipate the movie’s plot based on the off-cut trailer involving Dimri’s character, who is pregnant with twins from two men played by Kaushal and Virk.

This would be Triptii’s debut movie after Animal, a hit movie, as reported by Siasat. For ‘Animal,’ Triptii was paid Rs 40 lakhs. But as ‘Triptii’ has increased her demand, she has hiked the fee to anything between Rs 80 lakhs and 1 crore. The report said she quoted a similar fee for ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa3. ’ News18 could not independently confirm the details when filing this story.
