Speaking recently in an interview, Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates said that Tesla has made an incredibly significant contribution to combating the climate crisis; however, he says this topic deserves further conversation with Tesla’s founder, Elon Musk.
In response to whether he was ‘disappointed’ with Musk for not focusing on climate, Gates said: ‘He speaks a lot; I hope he speaks more about climate, you know, he is very intelligent, and he has contributed significantly in that field that is very crucial.’
Still, Gates admitted that Musk would not follow advice on what he should speak about. “He has his own style, and he will discuss what he wants,” the philanthropist responded.
I often heard about conflicts between the two companies’ leaders when they disagree on one issue or another. Elsewhere, Gates had criticized Musk for focusing on putting subtle messages in space with humans, saying that he would prefer spending the cash on paying for vaccines to ‘’save lives. ” Gates has gone ahead and said that Musk could become a great philanthropist in the future.
However, Gates said he had apologized to Musk after the billionaire got ‘super mean’ to him. Again, it is believed that Gates had short-sold Tesla. Is that the same guy who was super mean to me after he discovered I had shorted the stock? He is super mean to everybody, so Gates said I did not pay much attention to him.
In the current global context, especially given the prevalent issue of climate change, the efforts of firms such as Tesla are rapidly being accorded recognition despite coming from distinguished personalities like Bill Gates, who demands more work on this important problem.
