Disruptions in airport lounge access due to dreamfolks suspension

Availing lounge facilities in airports across the country has become a problem for passengers due to the surprise suspension of services by lounge access provider Dreamfolks Services Ltd, which is in a partnership agreement with several banks. Confirming this on Sunday, Adani Airport Holdings Ltd operates seven airports nationwide.

AAHL “is actively working” with banks to immediately resume services that remain unavailable at this point. Major hubs affected by the development include Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Jaipur, Guwahati, Thiruvananthapuram, and Mangaluru airports.

It clarified that this resulted from the company having breached its service contract with the concerned airports. “There have been disruptions in lounge access for passengers at airports across India because of the sudden suspension of services,” added AAHL.

Meanwhile, AAHL has announced that lounges at its airports will temporarily accept all major debit and credit cards from other access providers. Efforts are being made for quick restoration of normal operations at the earliest.
