The famous ex-create and MS Dhoni’s childhood friend, Mihir Diwakar, was caught by Jaipur Police for having tricked people into giving away their money. This was because Dhoni scrutinized the situation and filed a complaint accusing Diwakar of having swindled him out of more than ₹15 crore. Along with Diwakar, the managing editor of — Aarka Sports and Management Limited, where both co-owners are Diwakar and his wife Soumya, had become partners and set up a business with Dhoni in 2017.
The complaint outlined that the contract entailed the opening of cricket academies in India and abroad, grants of monetary permissions to host franchises by Aarka Sports, and later remittance of profits back to DS. On the contrary, the company indirectly infringed the conditions by opening academies with Dhoni’s blissful response, and also, no payment was reported.
While the court retrieved to authorize the letter in favor of Aarka Sports in 2021, the latter is carrying on with the cricket academies and sports full function centers in Dhoni’s name and is not recognizing him as a partner. Indicating a breach of contract by the coffee brand, costing Dhoni a whopping ₹15 crore in the process, was Dhoni’s lawyer’s assertion.
Noida police detained Diwakar by following the Jaipur Police officers’ lead. The Noida Police, on the other hand, stated that there was no official evidence of them undertaking any arrests by the Police. The search into the accusations of fraud is still ongoing.
