Prateek Group, a luxury real estate developer in Noida, has announced its new project, Prateek Grand Begonia, in Siddharth Vihar, Ghaziabad. The development’s estimated value is around Rs 5,000-6,000 crore and will offer 2,400 units of 2, 3, and 4 BHK apartments.
Strategically located along NH24, connecting Ghaziabad to Delhi and Meerut, Prateek Grand Begonia benefits from Siddharth Vihar’s emergence as a prime real estate hub in recent years. According to a statement, this area has already witnessed the success of Prateek Grand City, another township project by the group, which has seen property values more than doubled since its launch.
Prateek Grand Begonia is an end-user and investor product for the mid-to-high-segment market. The project, comprising 1,200 units priced from Rs 1.2 crore onwards, has received good sales, with more than 50% of the inventory going off the shelves. The company further stated that this strong demand establishes the project’s appeal in the booming Siddharth Vihar market.
Prateek Group’s CMD, Prashant Tiwari, cited the company’s brand value, quality, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction as the reasons behind the quick response of sales. He said Prateek Grand Begonia has been designed with the changing lifestyle needs of buyers in mind to provide a good quality of life and strong investment potential.
Prateek Tiwari, MD, said the project focused on luxury and accessibility, targeting millennials and Gen Z with a well-planned, theme-based design. He said he was optimistic that positive reception would continue as subsequent phases of the project were launched.
