Pak-born pacer Zahoor Khan leaves MI stars Bumrah, and Rohit impressed. Pakistan-born pacer Zahoor Khan found opportunities in IPL to hone his skills with Mumbai Indians.

The relocated 2020 edition in UAE saw Zahoor impress with his slower balls in net sessions. World no.1 Jasprit Bumrah took special note of Zahoor’s variations and asked him for bowling tips.

Jasprit Bumrah was even spotted watching Zahoor’s video where he bowled a T10 maiden over. Rohit Sharma too appreciated Zahoor’s knuckleballs, remarking how difficult they were to score off.

Zahoor recalled a warm welcome from Rohit during his early MI stint and his down-to-earth nature. Having participated in Global T20 Canada recently, Zahoor hopes to spend more time with MI.

He cherishes interactions with sporting icons like Bumrah and Rohit, calling them truly inspirational. The IPL has been a platform where Zahoor could showcase skills to the game’s greats and improve his craft.
