The thought of moving from a job search perspective to match-making on employability options for the long term could have been realised bearing in mind market trends that require constant skills upgrading and the dynamism arising from them.
This year IIM Kozhikode came up with CARE – Corporate Access, Readiness and Engagements to expand their professional sphere by creating viable networks, perspectives and readiness corporate people need, a novel concept by any IIM as per Economic Times.
