NBEMS refunds exam fees for pharmacy diploma exit exam

Applicants’ Corresponding applications will also be treated as ‘Null and Void’. New Delhi: The National Board of Examination in Medical Sciences has notified that the application fee deposited for the Diploma in Pharmacy Exit Examination (DPEE) October 2024 will be refunded. NBEMS has resolved to refund the applicant fee as the board has postponed conducting the Diploma in Pharmacy Exit Examination (DPEE) – October 2024.

“It has been decided to refund the examination fee deposited by the candidates who had successfully submitted their applications for DPEE – October 2024 to their respective payment source. The corresponding applications submitted by the candidates shall also be treated as “Null and Void,” according to the official notification.

Only those candidates who have completed the approved course of Diploma in Pharmacy and have qualified for the Diploma in Pharmacy Exit Examination shall be eligible for registration as pharmacists under section 33 of the Pharmacy Act 1948.

The Diploma in Pharmacy Exit Examination (DPEE) aims to ensure that the candidate who applies for registration as a pharmacist with the State Pharmacy Council has undergone pharmacy education and a complete practical training program in the Diploma in Pharmacy (DPharm) course.
