Tripura ADC recruitment exam postponed due to answer key leak

In a surprising turn of events, the Tripura Tribal Areas Autonomous District Council (TTAADC) has postponed its much-anticipated recruitment examination scheduled for Sunday. The decision comes after the authorities were informed about a leak of the answer keys for the exam.

CK Jamatia, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the TTAADC, revealed that the administration was fully prepared to conduct the examination, which was meant to fill 110 vacant posts of Sub Zonal Development Officer and Deputy Principal Officer. However, the authorities were alerted about the answer key leak, leading them to postpone the exam.

“We were fully prepared to examine on Sunday from 12:30 – 2:30 PM. We learned that the answer keys to the recruitment exam were leaked. The examination was postponed for the time being due to unavoidable circumstances,” Jamatia told reporters.

This is the first time that the answer keys of a recruitment examination have been leaked in the TTAADC. The council had received nearly 26,000 applications for the positions.

Jamatia assured that fresh dates for the recruitment examination would be announced within the next ten days, and the TTAADC would take necessary administrative and legal actions against those responsible for the leak.

Pradyot Kishore Debbarma, the founder of the TIPRA Motha party, currently in power in the TTAADC, has asked the students not to panic and assured them that the new dates would be announced soon.
