AAP launches Punjab campaign, aims for all 13 Lok Sabha seats with Bhagwant Mann at Helm

AAP has opened its election campaign in Punjab for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections, and Bhagwant Mann is the candidate for the leader of AAP. Known for his approachable and humorous personality, the party ended up garnering all thirteen Lok Sabha seats in Punjab, and subsequently, they employed the slogan

“Ek saath Bhagwant Mann, Shirkat Raj karegi Punjab, vadhegi Punjab Rajon ki shaan” (Mann in Parliament as well, Punjab will attain, and its glory

As Manny pledged, he would thank Arvind Kejriwal, the founder of AAP, for entrusting him with this responsibility. He will run for all 13 seats on behalf of his party and vow to carry out his duties elegantly. He reminded them about the necessity of finding political outlets and demanding the money the central government owed to the Punjab.

In that campaign, Mann also accused the BJP of disrespecting Punjab’s flourishing, saying that

the party would fade Punjab from the national anthem of India by all means. However, Mann switched his attention from the renamed Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) to shunning Congress allies, AAP’s alliance partner, who was not alluded to.

With his focus on the achievements of the AAP in government in Punjab, such as free power, a thermal plant, and open job opportunities, Mann highlighted these successes. He pledged to claim the money Punjab was owed to it while fighting for it, with 13 MPs in AAP.

Kejriwal hoped the people of Punjab would support the AAP, and he reiterated the party’s dedication to the state’s well-being in his speech. He focused on Punjab’s financial obligations and the denial of clearing its state’s Republic Day tableau chapter, demanding all his party’s seats be given 13.

Kejriwal ended on a high note by conveying to the electorates that Punjab would be in good hands with AAP and that everything would be dealt with thoroughly as per the constitutional norms so that all other states also keep Punjab on their priority list. He challenged them to chart their destiny through their ballot and promised that under the full-time format, Punjab would shine with a 13-0 victory over every other province in the country.
