AAP’s Sanjay Singh challenges L-G over BJP’s alleged liquor scam

Party leader Sanjay Singh roared a charge against the BJP, giving the L-G the go-ahead to take the critical legal step against the ones named in the liquor scam. It was reported that the figure amount was staggeringly huge as possible ₹55 crore was traced in the account of the BJP, whereas the Election Commission has already taken legal action against money laundering cases.

Singh cited a monetary transaction done by Aurobindo Pharma to Sarath Chandra Reddy, who is the Chairman and Promoter and was arrested from the said group. Reddy was released on bail as he agreed to turn into approver. Present on the ‘Fasting Day’ event at New Delhi’s Jantar Mantar in a moment of truth Deputy AICC President, challenged the L-G to exhibit his moral nobility by locking several BJP leaders behind bars on charges of links with the liquor scam.

Singh had called the BJP the most corrupt party in independent India and used their slogan, which is about their guaranteed as a target when he made his comments. He was of the view that the current Prime Minister, Mr Narendra Modi, specifically needs to treat the ruling party as the sheltering ground of the corrupt. He strongly refuted the demand that Mr Arvind Kejriwal, the CM of Delhi, should resign, which Singh thought to be an affront to the ruling party. The matter continued for a long period of time with AAP leaders denied bail.

The AAP members had their one-day fast at Jantar Mantar, daily joining top party leaders to oppose Kejriwal’s arrest. Just like in different American states, diverse groups of Indians had their own marches or rallies. Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann also visited the ancestral village of freedom fighter Bhagat Singh, popularly known as Khatkar Kalan, and took part in the hunger strike by the locals. The AAP united at all times, even in the face of politics.
