Young India Skills University, coming up in Hyderabad under the Young India Skills University, Telangana (Public-Private Partnership) Act, 2024, seeks to bridge the gap between what the industry wants and what academia provides.
According to its website, “The model of YISU would be of public-private partnership, and as a matter of fact, a partnership of the State government and industry to ensure that the curriculum is tuned with the market demands.”.
