The airport operator- GMR, unveiled APOC, a system that will integrate airside, landside, and terminal operations into a unified system. On Wednesday, Union Civil Aviation Minister Ram Mohan Naidu said he focuses on ease of travel for civilians flying by air.
Speaking at an event to launch an AI-enabled system called the Airport Predictive Operation Centre (APOC) in Hyderabad’s Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, Naidu said it will increase efficiency and enhance operations.
“Growing air traffic needs progress in airport management. This will be a landmark facility for airport operations in the future. This facility will increase efficiency and improve operation,” said Naidu.
This will soon be launched at the Delhi airport as well.
