Amit Shah’s Confident Pitch for NDA Victory in Lok Sabha Polls 2024

Amit Shah predicts landslide for NDA in 2024 Lok Sabha polls

On Wednesday, Union Home Minister Amit Shah exuded confidence in NDA’s victory in the 2024 general elections, addressing a gathering in the national capital.

Buoyed by the BJP’s successive poll triumphs, Shah claimed voters would bless the ruling coalition with over 400 seats and over 370 for the BJP alone, insisting it would be a “wave election” like before.

The minister highlighted the Modi government’s performance on multiple fronts in the last ten years, describing the period as the “golden chapter” in independent India’s journey.

Underlining the stellar economy surge, Shah said fulfilling their third term promise, the NDA will catapult India’s global standing to the third largest.

In a veiled dig at the opposition, he listed steps taken towards social empowerment, such as constitutional OBC reservation and 27 ministers from the segment in the current cabinet.

The home minister further credited the Modi dispensation for resolving long-standing conflict hotspots of Kashmir, Left Wing Extremism and North East and reducing violence substantially.

His rousing address attempted to draw a contrast with rivals by affirming BJP’s development and public welfare focus if voted back to power at the Centre again.
