Arvind Kejriwal: US requests that India’s opposition leader be given a fair trial

The legal process is being carried on with the AAP leader Arvind Kejriwal; meanwhile, the experts advocate all cases to be implemented only after due process and to safeguard people’s rights.

In a democratic modus, the opponent’s views should be given a fuller and fairer hearing after the norms of the established order have been established. This helps to further the doctrine of a person’s equality before the law.

While the forensic approach essentially counts on establishing the truth, humans will always remain a prime matter of consideration when any participants have to be investigated. These procedures are very precise and are intended not only to reduce the biased interpretation but also to rule out the biases themselves.

Similarly, commentators from afar have also focused on fair play, an important international concept. Thus, they suggest that the rule of law and the rule of law violations considerably influence a country’s global image. People will legally embrace their quest for fairness by using only sound principles of justice.

It does not matter what politicians or personalities are initially involved; they all need to be given a fair hearing and proper due process before the impartial law can act. Panellists and bypass regulation contribute to the meaningless instability in this market.

The resolution of this issue becomes increasingly unlikely, but if it turns out that’s to be this way, it should be a process that we are both reasonably proud of. This will bring about as full an acceptance as possible for the outcome.
