Assault allegation against AAP aide sparks political firestorm in Delhi

Unbelievably, Swati Maliwal, a member of parliament (MP) of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), has complained that the chief minister’s personal assistant, Bhuvan Kumar, hit her on the inside of Delhi Chief Minister (CM) Arvind Kejriwal’s residence.

Supporting police reports is that Bibhav Kumar has been arrested from Kejriwal’s house for slapping Mission several times and kicking her in the stomach and pelvic area. The Delhi Police have been shown in a detaining document with well-structured sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The (Kejriwal) lead party, though, is holding firmly to (Praveen) Kilmer, labeling (Imran) Maliwal’s lawsuit as being part of a conspiracy designed by the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) to clash with (Arvind) Kejriwal. The Minister of Delhi, Atishi Marlena, said that the ACB file, which dates back many years ago, was used by the BJP as leverage to force Maliwal to lodge the FIR.

“Grand Corruption Cases by the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Bureau had to have Swati Maliwal charged for recruiting employees on a contractual basis with full salaries at the Delhi Commission for Women. There is a criminal trial going on, and we believe they found guilty; we think that is how Swati Maliwal has been included in the conspiracy using this case as a stepping stone,” Atishi

Bibhav Kumar’s lawyer, Karan Sharma, maintains that his client has no explanation to offer except full cooperation with the police. However if Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has, however, been severely condemned by the BJP, which has accused it of misconduct, including a misdemeanor, that, unfortunately, had become the party’s source of operation.

This politico has made things worse between BJP and AAP and the situation has become more tense in the national capital. As the case is investigated until its end, the results of the case are certain to hold great political repercussions for both sides
